To all persons interested in the Estate of Leo. P. Jones, decedent.
The undersigned, Viola Alice Jones is acting as Trustee under a trust, the terms of which provide that the debts of the decedent may be paid by the Trustee upon receipt of proper proof thereof. The address of the Trustee is 609 North Hughes, Stover, MO 65078.
All creditors of the decedent are notified to present their claims to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred pursuant to Section 456.5-505 RSMo.

For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Robert M. Hardesty and, Anna L. Hardesty, husband and wife dated April 18, 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Morgan County, Missouri as Instrument #200700002405 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Friday, May 23, 2008 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., (at the specific time of 11:20 a.m.), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Versailles, County of Morgan, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Morgan County, State of Missouri, to wit:
All of Lot Ten (10) and the South Twenty-five (25) feet of Lot Eleven (11), Block Four (4), original town, now City of Stover, in Morgan County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof as originally recorded in Plat Book 1835 at Page 26 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Morgan County, Missouri.
